Detailed description:Experience a 9-course Chef’s Table dining experience that aims to challenge the perceptions, emotions and senses of experimental diners with a fine dining experience in a relaxed & social setting whilst showcasing the very best of seasonal produce.
We are excited to announce that this series we will be taking you on a culinary journey across Thailand. Following a month of travelling across Thailand, tasting the varied cuisine from each region from fine dining to street food and cooking with locals, Chef Ricky has created a Thai inspired 9-course tasting menu not to be missed this Spring (2024)!
Dinner will start with what is seemingly an ice-cream sandwich and end with what looks like a raw baby coconut! It sounds odd right?! But don’t worry it’ll all make sense once you immerse yourself in this unique, unmissable gastronomic journey with our executive chef, Ricky Evans at the exclusive 20 seat chef's table set on a unique luxury boat in the heart of Paddington.

Hi! I'm Ricky, I have began my Chef career 6 years ago with the aim to share my passion and culinary creations and offer both supper club experiences and a bespoke catering service to private clients and corporate businesses.
I have catered for a wealth of well know brands and companies across a variety of industries such as luxury fashion (De Beers Diamonds / Swarovski / Vogue Magazine / Net-A-Porter / Axel Arigato) Department Stores (Selfridges / Harvey Nichols / Flannels) Tech (Google / Samsung) and Supermarkets (M&S / Lidl / Waitrose). I have also had the pleasure of catering for some celebrities such as James Cordon, Graham Norton, Kit Harrington, Salma Hayek, Emmon Homes and Lara Stone.
Combining my food & drink marketing expertise with my culinary ability and passion, I have successfully delivered several series of unique dining experiences. Most recently I have launched my Club Chef’s Table Experience, a unique sensory 9-course tasting menu that changes cuisine each season.
