Detailed description:We will explore easy movements of yoga asanas and nidra meditation, followed by a workshop to discuss the four pillars of wellness and how to make immediate transformations in your life.
I will share the knowledge I gathered from around the world, from India to the US, and from the international masters I have studied with. With a background in psychology and neuroscience on mental health, whilst being a certified coach with The Life Coach School and IIN and international yoga teacher, you will find empowering insights throughout the session.
Africa Angels strive to find new strategies for bringing education to the forefront of what we do. Child Education is something we take very seriously, and our team is working every day to make a positive impact.
We will meet on the Flair platform, and a link will be provided the day before the session. In addition, you will receive a PDF with the session insights and workshop material.
