Health & Wellness Systemic Constellations are a means of revealing the hidden structure of relationships in a system. By representing parts of the system with people or objects, we connect with the energies and information of those parts and the system as a whole. When asked to represent a portion of a system, a person receives information for that part through her body. This knowing is twofold: information about her specific part and context about her relationship to other parts of the system.

Detailed description:Shamanic family constellation is a form of spiritual healing that uses an ancient shamanic practice to help heal and resolve family and ancestral patterns of trauma, pain, and suffering. It involves connecting with the energies of ancestors and other family members, both living and deceased, to bring healing and resolution to the family system. It is a powerful way to uncover the hidden dynamics within families and ancestral lines, allow for healing and resolution, and restore balance and harmony.
During this SFC session, I will will identify and clear any energetic blockages that are present in the family’s energy field. I will then use a variety of techniques to help re-establish balance and harmony within the family system. These can include the use of visualization, breath work, and other shamanic healing techniques. After the session, the family is often able to access more clarity, peace, and love in their relationships.
