Come and join us for a beginners drawing class in Clapham! Suitable for beginners who want to learn to draw and people who want to do something cool with their mates. We'll look at a new topic each month and learn how to draw like a pro. At the same time, you'll be surrounded by like-minded people who want to relax and learn some art. We'll provide all the materials, so you don't have to! Join us for the best art class in town.
Detailed description:Join us for our amazing Drink & Draw class in Clapham! Sip on a complimentary beverage as you unleash your inner artist and create drawings to be proud of. With step-by-step instructions from your resident artist, China Jordan, you'll learn new techniques and have the opportunity to relax and unwind with like-minded individuals. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this class is the perfect opportunity to try something new and have a fun evening out. When? This class takes place on the first Wednesday of every month from 7pm-8:30pm. It's £15 for an hour and a half of creativity and great chats. All materials will be provided, so just bring your lovely selves and leave your worries at the bar! We'll look at different techniques and topics each month, making every session unique. You'll walk away feeling proud and happy that you took the plunge to try something new! Every guest will also receive 10% off food, so you can grab a bite before or after the class. You must be over 18 to join, and tickets must be purchased before the event. Cancellation Policy If you can no longer attend, do not worry; these things happen! You must give 72 hours' notice so we have some time to fill your place.
Hi! my name's China and I'm an artist. I believe art should not only be about learning a new skill, but also about improving your wellbeing through laughter, good company, and good consumptions. I host all kinds of workshops and love to see people impress themselves! I believe anyone can learn to draw realistically, you just need a good teacher to help you! I studied at Wimbledon College of Art and I'm not running my own art business which I've been doing for 4 years. I love copying things, and I don't think it's cheating at all. It's about learning a craft and copying nature. Come and join our community and see how you can improve your wellbeing and your skill at the same time.
