There’s no place on earth that does rodeo quite like Austin, Texas. So saddle up and join me for a night out in the rodeo capital of the world, getting up close & personal with all things rodeo… and bottomless beer! I’m a qualified horse handler and former athlete rider, so you’ll get to go behind the scenes of real life rodeo, learn about the history of the cowboy, and see how rodeo has shaped the landscape and culture of Austin. Get ready for a dazzlingly authentic western themed American experience!
Detailed description:Howdy! Ronan here. I’m a Texas native, a beer brewer as well as a part time horse handler by trade. My love for rodeo has been part of my life since I was a child, coming from a family of cattle breeders.
Growing up, I would watch my father prepare for some of the largest rodeo events in Texas. I was always captivated by his dedication to what for him was ‘work’ and ‘play’ day and night. I myself have been a rider at many of these events, but my true passion is the preservation of the rodeo industry and the welfare of animals involved. The safety of animals and riders is priority at all our events and I’m proud to play my part in keeping that going.
I wanted to create something for people that really captured the essence of the cowboy culture I have grown up with, blending it with my other passion: beer! I started brewing for some of the smaller events more as a hobby a few years ago - and amazingly this has grown into a business . With that my ‘Austin Cowboy Brew’ experience was born. I’ve throughly enjoyed introducing this culture and way of life with free-spirited minds from places all over. I hope to raise a glass of ice cold beer over a rodeo with you real soon!

The rodeo calendar means that depending on the evening is you book, the exact rodeo venue may change. All arenas are located in Austin’s surrounding suburbs and within easy access by car or public transport from central Austin.
