Travel digitally to the dreamy escape of a Bali beach setting for an immersive and interactive ‘Yoga for Wellness’ workshop. Focussing on the power and the influence that open water has on the mind, body & soul, you’ll be led in a format curated by a trained host. Elevate your average online yoga class and take advantage of the power of live streaming: engaging your inner wellbeing warrior…wherever you are in the world!Detailed description:
The Yoga session takes up the first 60 minutes of the experience. It is a low-impact practice, where you will incorporate breathing techniques, alignment & core engagement exercises. We cover balancing poses like Garudasana (eagle pose) ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose) and Ananda Balasana (happy baby pose).
The final thirty minutes will be an interactive Q&A with me, to give guests a chance to further explore the theme / relationship between wellness and water. This particular experience of mine is ideal for those who suffer from the aches ofdaily stress on muscles and joints (as most humans do!) All you need is a desire to find calm & still in the body. So, if Yoga & Wellness are already established in your life, or even if they are alien to you, you are welcome to join and celebrate sport for better wellbeing. All through an unforgettable concept you won’t find elsewhere!
I’m Ava, an Australian born thirty-something, living in Bali for the past 7 years. A lucky seven for sure! I came here initially for an extended break after a number of years of personal heartache back home in Sydney. But…more than half a decade on I’m still in Bali, falling in love with the lifestyle more and more everyday.
While I never envisioned staying here this long, I definitely came to Bali determined for a fresh start and hoping to kick-start a wellness journey I could make into a lifestyle rather than just as a new interest or hobby. I spent my first months here obsessively finding class after class to join, quickly resulting in a love affair with Bali and Yoga. After seeing first-hand the transformative power the practice had on my physical & mental evolution, I studied locally for a diploma in Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a specialism in Clinical Health Psychology & Wellbeing.
I now work as an Integrated Health Coach, with Yoga Therapy as my core discipline. I build various classes & sessions for guests to learn skills to apply long term. Teaching online for two years now has meant being able to explore the physical & spiritual self with people globally - even if virtually! I see the phenomenon of online teaching as a way to apply the ancient wisdom of Yoga in our contemporary world. Do check out my full list of experiences to find some sessions that suited to what you are looking for!

I recommend you find a peaceful setting (indoors or outdoors) with minimal interruptions. I’ve so far even had guests join from beside the water in their own setting, including a UK beach, Kyoto garden in Japan and a dramatic Nordic fjord!
