Enjoy the world of French cooking more intimately, in the award winning kitchen of master-chef Peter Mullion. Indulge yourself with quintessentially French wines and champagnes as you watch outstanding gourmet plates prepared before your eyes. Delight in stories and anecdotes from the running of a world renowned kitchen, learning how you too can stay inspired by the food you cook. Peter himself talks through the imagination behind the menu and why each ingredient was chosen to elevate the flavours you’ll taste.
The dining service follows either a lunch or dinner menu. As the kitchen is committed to its environmental responsibility, we source produce seasonally. This means that the menu may change depending on the date of your booking. Menus are varied, including classic dishes such as ratatouille and coq au vin, as well as more directional plates such as our tarte escargots and couilles de mouton en croûte.
Menus are paired with wine and champagne sourced from local and regional vineyards. The restaurant’s resident sommelier is on hand to share his expertise of the different pairing varieties on offer.

Bonjour! I’m Peter, your host for this magical food experience. A classically trained French chef with 20 years experience, I’m still very much in love with the creativity of gastronomy and the power of food. French cuisine is not only integral to my culture, but also to how I express my personality, my history and my emotions. From creating soup recipes that have been in my family for generations, to producing the delicate pastries my grandmother made me as a child, my journey into authentic French cuisine began from day-dot.
French dining can often be described as a little uptight, but I can assure you that this experience does everything to dissuade this conception. My open-kitchen takes on a very relaxed atmosphere, with aim for guests to feel as comfortable and engaged as possible. This, after all is what dining should always be about.
With a focus on locally sourced ingredients and an understanding of food production and nutrition, I hope to share my passion for French cuisine directly with you. I Invite you to come, explore and taste the goodness of French farm to fork.
