Workouts that promise you the ‘perfect bum’’ or an ‘Instant ‘butt lift’ are myths! I believe there is no definition of the ‘perfect bum’ and that no workout can provide long-lasting results immediately. But finding and implementing the right exercises regularly to strengthen your glutes, buttocks and thighs will certainly have you seeing positive differences to your posterior and most importantly how you feel about it. Through a balanced ‘firm but fun’ atmosphere, I’m committed to engaging and motivating guests with a realistic approach to achieving personal body-goals. The session explores the best techniques to shape the booty as well as warm-up and cool-down exercises to help you on your way. These things combined mean you’ll learn the 360 skills to takeaway wherever you’re based or may be headed to next!
I’m a 34 year old fitness junkie. But, it wasn’t always this way! I battled with my weight and body image through my teenage years and early 20’s thinking I would never be happy with the way I looked and felt. Being born and raised in LA, the home of ‘image’ added to my insecurities with an idea of unnatural ‘perfection’.
After years of trying endless fad fitness fixes that didn’t last, I began training with more patience, realising that the only way to achieve a more healthy relationship with my image was to educate myself on how to achieve long-term results. I was lucky enough to find a group of supportive fitness friends here in LA, giving me the environment to transform not only how I looked, but more importantly how I felt about my image.
This new found happiness & confidence was more than physical, motivating me so much that I took the plunge and studied to become a certified instructor at a fitness academy in West Hollywood. With my personal experiences in mind, I always knew I wanted to lead intimate & focussed classes that made people feel comfortable enough to push themselves in a safe space.
