Detailed description:Take a 90-minute boat cruise along Birmingham's waterways and learn about five different categories of spirits. Your guide will provide you with a fun and engaging bitesized insight into their history, production and tasting notes of each spirit style and learn about their extended families. Each brand featured is matched with their perfect mixer and paired with a selection of nibbles to complement the experience. The tour begins with a refreshing bubbles based aperitif Spritz creation after all Birmingham contains more canals the its classic Venetian counterpart, continuing the local theme why not get your photo taken with children’s TV boating royalty, the iconic puppets Rosie & Jim (we know your humming the theme tune). You’ll then taste a curated selection of four base spirits from the following, either a French, Spanish or English style of Rum, Tequila or it’s Smoking relation Mezcal, Bourbon or the NASCAR rocket powered Moonshine or a Global Ginspired boutique G&T, we could even throw a wildcard spirit into mix, that’s all part of your spiritual adventure. The cruise allows for a Zero% alternative variation based on whichever journey we explore. Please specify no alcohol alternative when booking. This is a fun and educational way to learn about spirits. The bite-sized nibbles and scenic boating adventure discovering Birmingham’s landmarks make it a truly enjoyable lunchtime adventure.
