Detailed description:This Dim Sum class has been designed with complete beginners in mind. Explore different ingredients, fillings and equipment and pick up some new skills in this delicious Chinese delicacy. You'll be shown how to make 3 of the most popular classic steamed dim sum:
Har Gow 蝦餃 (Crystal Prawn Dumplings).
Chiu Chow Fun Gwor 潮州粉果 (Chiu Chow steamed dumplings).
Sui Mai 燒賣 (Open Top Steamed Pork And Prawn Dumplings).

Established in 2011, we have been teaching specialist classes in Dim Sum and Sushi for over 10 years.
We love what we do and as an instructor, there is no greater joy than to see learners meet and exceed their own expectations, making beautiful plates of dim sum and sushi, enjoying a quick photo before settling down to eat.
