Ballet Fitness is a fusion of classic balletic and fitness training; a workout designed to shape and tone your muscles and build core strength in 30 to 45 min. As a former ballet dancer, I love that this workout incorporates classic ballet positions, modern music, and a perfect combination of cardio and strength. A completely new training style, a modern classic with a beautiful burn! We begin with a warm-up followed by a sequence of cardio-esque training, building to a cardio peak. We then move into ballet strength, using light weights, and finish with targeted balletic conditioning to complete your full-body training. Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. If this is your first time trying it, don't worry. Follow the moves and do the exercises the best you can with appropriate modifications. It pays to commit to three or four classes from the start to feel comfortable with all the moves. At the end of the training, you can choose your favourite vegan lunch box with a smoothie from a three combo pack selection: 1. Chicken Kale Salad and Tropical Smoothie 2. Asian style Beaf Salad and Green Matcha Smoothie 3. Gourmet Pasta Salad and Choco&Peanut Smoothie You can mix and match according to your taste! As a well-being advocate and a big fan of food, I promote healthy and plant-based diets on a day to day life. In fact, I created the lunch box salads with care and passion, being mindful of the choice of each ingredient for a tasty and conscious flavour.
