Watch as our expert mixologists demonstrate the art of concocting two signature cocktails, each highlighting a different flavour extraction method using the botanical of the month. But that's not all - roll up your sleeves, because you'll have the chance to craft your own botanical cocktail from a curated selection of ingredients. AND we'll even throw in some snacks for ya!

Greetings, cocktail enthusiasts! I'm Josh, your host and spirited guide through the world of mixology. With 14 vibrant years in hospitality and roots from the verdant landscapes of Wales, my passion for cocktails runs deep and wild.
Since 2009, I've been a cocktail shaman, weaving my magic from Cardiff to the bustling bars of East London, where I now helm my own cocktail sanctuary. My hands have stirred, shaken, and served in some truly stellar establishments, turning nights into memories one cocktail at a time.
But it doesn't stop there. I've lent my voice and vision to numerous bar magazines and etched my cocktail recipes into the pages of award-winning books. Once upon a time, I even danced the intricate waltz of gin distilling!
