With the help of a master pizza maker, you will learn the whole procedure that will lead you to the creation of a pizza, starting from the choice of ingredients and the true secret of Neapolitan pizza: the dough.
Even learning how to bake can be quite a challenge for newbies.
In addition to the theoretical notions and practice, there will be a tasting and a vote for the best pizza.
We will also discuss the history of this Neapolitan delicacy: we will have to go back to the 1800s and talk about Raffaele Esposito, a certain queen loved so dearly by the people, and ingredients that will make your mouth water!
