We offer you a 9-course Chef’s Table dining experience that aims to challenge experimental diners' perceptions, emotions and senses with a fine dining experience in a relaxed & social setting whilst focusing on a different cuisine each season. Join us with Ren A.K.A, The Queen of Spice from Ren's Pantry, for this one night only pop up! Ren is the founder of Ren's pantry, an online pantry for the highest quality spices, which will be joining us for two nights only to offer an interactive pre-dinner spice masterclass where you'll taste, learn and experiment with the best quality spices from across India. Ren is renowned for having the best spices you can get your hands on and is trusted by Michelin star chefs across the UK and Europe, so you do not want to miss this unique chance to meet and learn from the Queen of Spice herself.

About the host

Hello I'm Ricky Evans, I began my Chef career 7 years ago to share my passion and culinary creations and offer supper club experiences and a bespoke catering service to private clients and corporate businesses. I have catered for a wealth of well know brands and companies across a variety of industries, such as luxury fashion (De Beers Diamonds / Swarovski / Vogue Magazine / Net-A-Porter / Axel Arigato), Department Stores (Selfridges / Harvey Nichols / Flannels) Tech (Google / Samsung) and Supermarkets (M&S / Lidl / Waitrose). I have also enjoyed catering for celebrities such as James Cordon, Graham Norton, Kit Harrington, Salma Hayek, Eamonn Homes and Lara Stone. Combining my food & drink marketing expertise with the culinary ability and passion that has successfully delivered several series of unique dining experiences. Most recently, I have launched my Club Chef's Table Experience, a unique sensory 9-course tasting menu that changes cuisine each season.

Places we'll visit

For this event we will be taking over an exclusive and luxury boat in the heart of Paddington on the canal. With perfect view of the kitchen from the chef's table you can enjoy watching each course being prepared right in front of your eyes by Chef Ricky.
