Detailed description:

In this course we’ll inspire you with a variety of flavour combinations you can experiment with, and we’ll give you a breakdown of the role that different ingredients have when they are used in kombucha. You’ll make first ferment (which includes a SCOBY) to take home as well as secondary ferment, getting a chance to flavour a pre-made first ferment with ingredients of your choice. You’ll sample a selection of different kombuchas such as jun and coffee kombucha to kick-start your inspiration. Course includes the starter pack with a jar, a starter and a SCOBY as well as a tasting session of various kombucha flavours.

About the host

Hi! My name is Simon, and I love sharing my passion for fermentation! I grew up in a culture where fermentation was an everyday practice and I like to show how easy it is to ferment at home. I love to explore new flavour combinations for Kombucha.
