Learn how to make brilliant houmous using  methods and ingredients which will confuse your family and friends so they won't touch it when you store it afterwards! It took me years; it'll take you a couple of hours.

About the host

I'm Ali, and in addition to being a barmaid for donkeys' years, I've been making my own houmous since I was a teenager; I knew I'd cracked it when I could do it with a potato masher. Come worship the humble chickpea with me!
