General class format
Each bartenders class differs but you can expect a schedule that looks a bit like this:
This is a general outline and may be adjusted depending on the environment and group dynamic.
Games
If a guest of honour (GoH) is present at your event (hen/stag/birthday/anniversary/couple etc...), our games will be split into two parts. How well does the GoH know the group? Then, how well does the group know the GoH?
Below are examples of the kind of games to expect, although we do adapt to the atmosphere/group dynamic of the party which allows us to cultivate a unique experience for you.
A popular game is called 'who was it, who did it?'. The group will all write down a memory, story, moment or event that has happened in their lives. They will be read out to the group and the GoH will have to choose who they think did it! Really funny and always a big hit.
Another one is a bit like family fortunes, we'll take the GoH away and ask them 4 questions. They'll give us their top answers. The group will then be split into teams and will have to guess their answers. Depending on how high they were ranked, each team will earn points to see who knows the GoH the best!
For corporate events or groups where no 'GoH' exists, we will deliver more of a team building style of class, where in pairs you will compete/work together to test your new mixology skills!

You can choose any four cocktails to make at your party. We have a PDF menu that includes our house recipes, however we can make whatever you'd like. We always recommend our house menu. This is a really high quality cocktail list that has something for everyone and is always well received by our guests.

My name is Harry and I have worked in cocktail bars since the day I could legally serve. Since then, I have worked in senior roles at many prestigious venues including 20 Stories, Manchester; Manchester House, Manchester and The Liquorist, Leeds.
Having always hosted highly rated in-venue classes, I transitioned into mobile cocktail experiences about two years ago. Quickly discovering that existing providers did not hit the mark with recipe quality or provision standards, 9 months later, NOH was born.
Translating to 'skill' or 'talent' in sino-Japanese, NOH is an authentic form of drama where actors don masks to represent characters. We deliver in the spirit of NOH, providing the best talent and adapting our performance to your group and environment.
