Detailed description:Firstly this is a safe space, held with experience of years of sound events, and multiple overnight sound journeys. We will arrive just before 9pm, to get settled into our space and area. This will lead us to an opening circle to introduce ourselves and our intentions. Flowing into a mugwort tea connection and meditation. Mugwort is a native ancient plant spirit, offering connection to our ancient Celtic lands. When taken internally as a tea, mugwort has numerous physical benefits including relaxation and anti-inflammatory properties, and is also a great soother of the womb. Mugwort is also known as a dream herb or dreamweaver, and has been used by our ancestors for thousands of years for dreamwork. So after working with mugwort for a few years myself, I found it perfect to incorporate this beautiful plant spirit into this sound journey, rekindling that connection to these lands and ways.. After the mugwort connection, we will then slowly move into 8 hours of live healing acoustic sounds, with Handpan, Gong, Didgeridoo, Singing Bowls, voice and more During the session, crystals may also be placed intuitvley around or on your body, for extra vibrations & healing At around 6:30am, the journey of sound will fade out. Giving us time to come back to our bodies safely and to awaken SOFTLY. To finish the ceremony this time, we have a truly special, WHOLESOME plant based breakfast made by the local and renowned "Nut and Nettle Cafe' ..After this we will finish with a sharing circle. Sharing a few words of our experiences or if any questions have come up. Once this has come to a close, and everyone feels good. We will close the space and enter the world with fresh energy!

This event will be held at Planetwise, a beautiful eco cafe and plant based shop located in the centre of Bridlington. At the back of the shop is where the experience will happen, there is a lovely clean room that can fit around 20 people in. And for me is one of the best spots for an Overnight Sound Journey.
