Regression is the treatment of negative situations affecting our present lives by accessing past lives or traumas.
We can also go on a journey of self-discovery, which is very different from visiting a past event. You can meet your spirit guides and have extraordinary adventures.
I will take you safely on this journey through a meditative process. It's a process of relaxation and calmness.
I will guide you continually and safely, and you will always be 100% in control of the situation you are experiencing.
