In this class you will learn all the steps of how to make delicious pizza from scratch with a professional, Gordon Ramsay trained chef turned Pizzaiolo! You will learn how to make, shape and achieve the perfect pizza dough at home. Once the dough is made we add toppings before popping it in your home oven and ending the class in pure pizza bliss!

Detailed description:

Gregory has been refining and mastering his pizza making craft over the past 6 years, launching his own Sourdough Neapolitan Pizza Popup Happizzaly Ever After in 2020. Gregory is a self-confessed food geek so will give lots of insights into the science behind pizza making and how to perfect your dough and end pizza. Along the way he will share his tips and tricks on how you can achieve making pizza at home that tastes better than any takeout!

I’m passionate about food, like you! I love to share the cultural origins behind what I cook & relish the nostalgic sensations a dish inspires as it brings back memories of travels or past experiences!
I trained professionally as a chef at the Savoy Hotel, gaining Michelin-level cooking expertise under Marcus Wareing’s tutelage.
In 2005 I was picked to join Gordon Ramsay in the 1st season of the F Word (don't worry I won't shout at you!). Then in 2013 I became the resident chef presenter on Swiss TV show Al Dente further cementing my presenting passion on screen as well as off screen with people from all walks of life!

Having lived in South, Central & North America, Europe & travelled to over 40 countries to collect recipes & discover new cuisines, I’m multi-culturally diverse & can teach your class in French, German, English & Spanish.

I have hosted many cooking classes over the past 10 years in London & love the sense of accomplishment & fun we have together. I have also taught over 1000 people how to cook & have fun virtually!

  • Ingredients: 4 cups (500g) of type "00" pizza flour
  • 2 teaspoons (7g) of instant dry yeast
  • 1 + 1/3 Cup (320g) of warm water
  • 2/3 cup (10g) of salt
  • Fresh ball of mozzarella (125g) or grated cheese
  • 400ml jar of tomato passata or pizza sauce
  • Toppings of choice eg: Basil, olives, pepperoni etc
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
