Detailed description:Interested in getting individual attention and a class tailored specifically to your needs? New to yoga and want a reassuring helping hand to begin? Keen to deepen your knowledge, work towards a specific pose, try out different yoga styles or develop sequences for self-practice? Whatever your reason, I’m happy to offer 1-2-1 or private group classes in any of the styles I’m trained in (vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, classical tantra or a mixture of styles).
You'll join me online for a 60 minute yoga class that you can take from anywhere in the World at a time that suits both of us. We'll begin with a discussion (5-15mins) so I can find out what it is you're after (including your experience with yoga, any injuries you may have and your yoga style preference) so that I can best meet your needs and goals.

After booking you'll be sent a Zoom link to join the class at the scheduled date / time. Once you press that button, you'll dial in, see me and I'll guide you through movement that'll nourish your mind, body and soul.
Hi there, my name is Will and I'm a qualified and registered yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer with over 400 hours of training.
Currently I'm based in the UK but each year I spend time teaching, traveling and learning in countries all across the World. In my teaching I aim to inspire both yogis and non-yogis to step on the mat and challenge themselves to live healthier and happier lives. Making yoga accessible and enjoyable, regardless of who you are and how strong or flexible you are, is my priority.
My teaching style is non-dogmatic and vinyasa based, with an emphasis on alignment and safety. Despite this I'm qualified in other disciplines of yoga (ashtanga, yin and classical tantra) and do like to sprinkle in these other styles throughout my classes where I see fit.
