A brand new supper club that brings you flavors and techniques from around the world, grounded in Indian cuisine. The dishes in this supper club weave together my childhood memories of South-Indian family meals, with the best ingredients and cooking styles I’ve discovered while traveling the world, to create a unique and delicious experience!
Detailed description:WHAT’S A SUPPER CLUB?!
At our supper club events, you get a completely unique experience of tasting delicious homemade dishes while meeting new, like-minded foodie friends. Throughout the night, we’ll serve a multi-course menu, and chat with our guests to explain the inspiration and ingredients behind each dish. To us, supper club nights are the perfect combination of community and uncommon cuisine!
DETAILS
Supper Club is about sharing food with other foodies! You’ll be sharing our dining table with new friends and a full view of your meal being prepared in the kitchen. Each evening is limited to 8 guests at 1 common table, and most courses will be served family-style. Come to our home, eat great food, meet cool people.

Hi!
I’m Varun!
I started cooking while in Uni, out of pure necessity, as there was NO Indian food around me. (This was somewhere in Pittsburgh). One YouTube video after another, and one panicked call to my mom after another, I realized I was actually having a lot of fun! Cooking was a great way to feed my other passion: eating! (Pardon the pun.)
While working as a software engineer, I found time to work in restaurants over weekends, take culinary courses at Le Cordon Bleu, and delve into what it would take to be in the culinary industry long term.
As I start the next chapter of my journey, however it may look, I’m excited to have you onboard to try what I have to offer! Whether it’s my own take on Indian classics, or my experiments of fusing different cultures and cuisines together, and whether it’s at a supper club, or food stall, I can’t wait to try my hand at making food that gives you a new experience, but evokes nostalgia at the same time!
I hope to see you soon!
