The class will begin with an informative demonstration of how to create sushi and its roots.
You will then put your skills to the test and master the techniques learnt before dining with your new friends!
Please note we have combined our Sushi & Vegan Sushi classes but can cater for those keeping to a GF, LF, Vegan and Vegetarian diet on request.

We are a family-run business based in Wandsworth, South West London. We're head chefs, Diana and son Richard, and we run the kitchen side of things, while daughter and sister Sophie manages the business with her husband Niv in a small friendly office team.
The classes are of a vast variety offering anything from Indian and Bao, Vegan and Gluten Free all the way to parties and 1 to 2-week courses, and now, even live online classes - there is certainly something for everyone, no matter your age or ability. All classes are taught in our beautiful kitchen in a fun and relaxed environment, leaving you wanting to return for more!
